Packaging

Every piece is wrapped and padded before boxing — bubble wrap and a snug-fit box for anything delicate, so it travels the way it left the workshop.

Returns & refunds

Because most pieces are made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or isn't what was agreed in your quote, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — a reprint or a refund, whichever fits.

Caring for your piece

Keep printed pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from high heat (a closed car on a hot day will warp most plastics). Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid harsh solvents.
